Avara is a 9-story, 178-unit rental residence at the entrance to Miami Beach, developed by Mast Capital and Rockpoint and designed by the internationally recognized firm Arquitectonica. The building’s sculptural, curvilinear facade combines smooth painted stucco in a geometric pattern with floor-to-ceiling glass and bronze-toned window walls, creating one of Miami Beach’s more architecturally distinctive mid-rise developments. Units range from junior one-bedrooms to three-bedroom penthouses, with resort-style amenities including an elevated pool deck and rooftop lounge areas.
