The Wynhouse, also known by its project name FB Wynwood, is an 8-story mixed-use development from Fisher Brothers Management, designed by Nichols Architects with interiors by Rockwell Group. The 360,000-square-foot building includes 308 residential units, ground-floor commercial space, and public art-lined pedestrian paseos connecting NW 1st Avenue and NW 1st Court, reinforcing Wynwood’s identity as one of Miami’s premier arts and culture districts. The building’s varied massing and street-level public spaces required careful lathing, plastering, and exterior finish work to meet both design and durability goals.
