The building includes roughly 65,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, along with resort-style amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site yoga studio. Its location at the intersection of two high-profile Miami districts made a polished, durable exterior stucco and framing package essential to the project’s identity.
