Wynwood Diamedix is a two-tower, 304-unit rental development from The Related Group, designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, sitting on a site that was formerly home to a medical diagnostics manufacturing facility. The project includes two 12-story residential towers plus a seven-story parking garage, over 17,000 square feet of commercial space, and 63,000 square feet of office space, with studio-to-three-bedroom units and rooftop pool deck amenities. Delivering two matching towers on a shared site required consistent, coordinated framing, lathing, and stucco work across the entire development.
