Met Square

Met Square represents the crowning phase of the monumental Metropolitan Miami urban center in Downtown Miami. This massive, 43-story mixed-use high-rise seamlessly integrates multi-level commercial infrastructure, a major entertainment podium, and luxury residential living over a highly sensitive archaeological zone. Triumph Construction stepped in to execute the extensive exterior wall system distributions, specialty metal lathing networks, structural plastering, and high-performance commercial stucco finishes across both the dense urban base and the rising residential tower.

Executed precision plastering across the massive 7-story podium base, creating seamless material transitions where heavy structural framing meets the soaring, lightweight residential tower envelope.

Engineered a comprehensive grid of technical expansion joints and deep V-groove scored reveals across high-altitude vertical elevations. This layout effectively mitigates extreme wind-load deflections and thermal stress while generating sharp, intentional shadow lines that break up the massive concrete masonry surfaces.

Plastered and detailed complex horizontal under-slabs, deeply recessed entryways, and structural canopies servicing the 80,000-square-foot cinema and premium retail main streets. The uniform, smooth trowel finish ensures a pristine overhead aesthetic for heavy pedestrian traffic.
