Palazzo della Luna

Palazzo della Luna is an ultra-luxury residential landmark located on the ultra-exclusive private sanctuary of Fisher Island. Architecturally designed by Kobi Karp, the sprawling waterfront boutique building acts as a refined, contemporary homage to the island’s historic 1936 Mediterranean Vanderbilt Mansion. Triumph Construction was trusted with the highly sensitive execution of exterior wall systems, structural heavy-gauge lathing networks, high-durability plastering, and premium Division 9 stucco tailoring across this high-exposure maritime envelope.

Executed expert structural plastering over concrete masonry, translating Kobi Karp’s classical-meets-modern geometries into smooth, monolithic surfaces. The pristine white and light-neutral stucco coats establish a stark, clean frame that accentuates the depth of the property’s deep architectural recesses.

Engineered and installed robust, commercial-grade metal lathing assemblies combined with advanced moisture-barrier membranes. This heavy-duty defensive skin was specifically detailed to defend the structural framing from the harsh, high-salinity marine environment and relentless Atlantic salt-mist.

Meticulously finished miles of sweeping horizontal under-slabs on oversized wrap-around terraces (ranging up to 9,315 sq ft). The perfectly smooth, uninterrupted horizontal stucco planes completely eliminate visual joints or defects, framing pristine views of Government Cut and the Miami skyline.

Applied specialized, high-build elastomeric stucco topcoats designed to handle high-velocity wind loads, driving island rains, and intense UV exposure. The reflective, energy-efficient finish actively prevents stress fractures and micro-cracking across massive vertical elevations while upholding the island’s elite visual covenants.
