AMLI Residential has proposed 700 apartments in neighboring projects in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood. The site is located to the east of new Midtown apartment buildings, although the train tracks are separating them. The Shops at Midtown Miami is a few blocks to the northwest. The area has been a hotbed for development as it’s between the residential towers of Edgewater, the upscale shops of the Design District and the edgy entertainment of Wynwood.
