X Biscayne is a new apartment development currently under construction at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami.
The development is scheduled for completion in 2021. X Biscayne has a total of 714 units. Directly across from American Airlines Arena, Bayfront Park and easily connected to anywhere in the city, X Biscayne’s social pulse will define the neighborhood.
545wyn, a ground-up new construction 298,000 square foot creative office and exclusive retail building located at 545 NW 26th Street in the dynamic Wynwood neighborhood of Miami.
Developed by Sterling Bay and designed by Gensler, 545wyn was created with three simple, yet critical goals: to elevate Miami’s standard office experience, to authentically reflect Wynwood’s vibrancy, and to engage the neighborhood.
The building will also feature 456 on-site parking spaces, a 18,000 square foot private tenant amenity floor, open air balconies and a 8,000 square foot paseo park connecting 26th and 27th Streets with 26,000 square feet of retail.
Miami Worldcenter is a large mixed-use development under construction spanning several blocks in the Park West neighborhood of Miami, Florida, just north of Downtown. It may include over 25 acres of land, with a convention center, hotel space, residential, as well as copious street level retail. The hotel and convention center are planned to be part of the same 55 story building.One proposed residential building known as the Miami World Center Signature Tower may rise to the maximum 749 feet (228 m) above sea level permitted in that area. The project will connect with the Brightline higher-speed rail system’s Miami station.
AMLI Residential has proposed 700 apartments in neighboring projects in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood. The site is located to the east of new Midtown apartment buildings, although the train tracks are separating them. The Shops at Midtown Miami is a few blocks to the northwest. The area has been a hotbed for development as it’s between the residential towers of Edgewater, the upscale shops of the Design District and the edgy entertainment of Wynwood.
