Society Wynwood is a 9-story, 318-unit apartment community developed by PMG in partnership with Greybrook, located in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The building pairs studio-to-three-bedroom and co-living residences with over 50,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and large co-working areas, reinforcing Wynwood’s identity as a live-work-play neighborhood. Its mixed-use scale required coordinated framing, lathing, and stucco/EIFS work across both residential and commercial portions of the building.
