Society Las Olas is a large-scale, two-phase residential community developed by PMG under its “Society Living” brand, located along the New River in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Spanning roughly 1,200 units combined across both phases, the community offers studio to three-bedroom homes alongside a 24/7 fitness center, multi-level co-working space, resident club room, pool deck, and ground-floor retail. A project of this size involved substantial lathing, plastering, and stucco work across multiple residential towers.
