Gables Riverwalk is a 43-story, 295-unit luxury residential tower along the north side of the New River in Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas district, developed by Gables Residential and designed by Borges Architects & Associates with CFE Architects as architect of record. Rising 493 feet with roughly 587,000 square feet of space, the tower offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences from 776 to 2,130 square feet, along with a dedicated Club Level featuring a resort-style pool deck, spa lounge, salt room, infrared sauna, fitness center, and rooftop sky lounge. As one of the tallest new residential towers in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the project demanded precise, high-rise-grade lathing, plastering, and stucco/EIFS work capable of standing up to New River waterfront exposure.
